What columns does the wizard look for?
The wizard tries to auto-match these column names (case-insensitive, partial match — Primavera/MSP terms are recognised):
  • Required: Activity / Task name · Discipline (or Trade / Craft / System) · Start (BL Start / Baseline Start / Planned Start) · Finish (BL Finish / Baseline Finish / Planned Finish)
  • Optional: Area / Zone / Building · Floor / Level / Story · Subcontractor (Sub / Vendor / Responsible / Resource) · Weight (man-hours / cost / budget / duration)
You can also click any row of the preview in step 2 to pick which row holds your column headers — useful when your file has a title row before the table.

Schedule History

When a revised baseline is issued, upload it here. The current schedule and every week of progress saved against it gets archived. The dashboard automatically uses whichever schedule was in effect for each week, so the S-curve and KPIs stay accurate over the project's life.

Edit Schedule
